AMENDMENTSTO FACILITYOPERATING LICENSE NPF-21, WPPSS NUCLEAR PRO3ECT NO. 2 During their regular meeting of 3une 10, 1985, the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council reviewed and subsequently adopted a series of motions indicating their concurrence with the following requests for amendments to NRC's Operating License for the Washington Public Power Supply System's Nuclear Plant No. 2.

Changes to Isolation Actuation Instrumentation (Tables 3.3.2-1, 3.3.2-2, 3.3.2-3, and 0.3.2.1-1)

Reactor Coolant System Pressure Isolation Valves (Table 3.0.3.2-1)

Surveillance Requirement 0.6.1.7 - Drywell Air Temperature Measurements Automatic Depressurization System Logic Modifications, Lic. Condition 18 The Council's concurrence with the above amendment requests was telephonically transmitted to Mr. 3ohn Bradfute, NRC's WNP-2 Project Manager, on 3une 17, 1985.

We should also note that the Council received copies of these amendments from the Supply System in accordance with the notification requirements of 10 CFR 50.91.
