AMENDMENTSTO FACILITYOPERATING LICENSE NPF-21, WPPSS NUCLEAR PROJECT NO. 2 During their regular meeting of May 13, 1985, the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council reviewed and subsequently adopted a motion indicating their concurrence with Amendment Nos.

1-9 issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to the Operating License of the Washington Public Power Supply System's Nuclear Project No. 2.

While the Council's action comes some time after approval of these amendments by the NRC, we feel it is in our mutual interest to have the state's review of these license changes formally noted in the project's records.

We would also like to acknowledge that the Supply System did comply with the notification requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 in providing copies of the amendment requests to the state.

For future amendment proposals, the Council now has a process in place that will allow us to review the proposed changes and provide any comments during the 30-day notice period.
