WPPSS Number 3 Draft Envi'ronmental Im act Statement We as have reviewed the referenced report and find far as the aquatic resources are concerned. There are two addi tions that it thorough and complete should be included in the final report, however. They are described below.

Table 4.6, on page 4-24, should include the 1982 coho plants as follows:

Fuller Creek 7,700 Work'man Creek 42,000 Elizabeth Creek 25,500 The Department of Game should also be, contacted to obtain any trout planting data also.

Under Section 5.3.1, the report dealing with toxic material studies is now available. It is entitled Toxicit of Co er, Zinc and Their Chemical Forms to Coho Salmon and Steelhead Trout in the Chehalis River, Washin ton.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the referenced document. We hope these comments will assist the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in completion of their report.
