AMENDMENT TO FACILITYOPERATING LICENSE NPF-21, iVPPSS NUCLEAR PROJECT NO. 2 During their regular meeting of December 22, 1986, the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council reviewed and adopted a motion indicating that the Council has no comments on the Washington Public Power Supply System's request by letter dated August 18, 1986, to amend the Operating License for Nuclear Project No.2.

The Supply System request was to amend WNP-2 Technical Specification 3/0.3.8, Turbine Overspeed Protection System. The proposed amendment requested a revision in the turbine valve test interval from weekly to monthly.

The Council was notified of the proposed amendment request by the Supply System in accordance with the notification requirements of 10.CFR 50.91.
