AMENDMENTTO FACILITYOPERATING LICENSE NPF-21, WPPSS NUCLEAR PROJECT NO. 2 During their regular meeting of December 10, 1987, the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council reviewed and adopted a motion indicating that the Council has no comments on the Washington Public Power Supply System's (Supply Syste~n) request by letter dated April 21, 1987, to amend the Operating License for Nuclear Project No. 2.
The Supply System's request involves an amendment to Section 6 - Administrative Controls - of the plant's technical specifications.
The proposed amendment covers administrative changes to specification 6.8.2 and organizational charts 6.2.1-1, 6.2.2-la, and 6.2.2-lb.
The Council was notified of the proposed amendment request by the Supply System in accordance with the notification requirements of 10 CFR 50.91.
