AMENDMENTTO FACILITYOPERATING LICENSE NPF-21, WPPSS NUCLEAR PROJECT NO. 2 During their regular meeting of May 12, 1986, the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council reviewed and adopted a motion indicating that the Council had no comments on the Washington Public Power Supply System's request, by letter dated January 17, 1986, to amend the Operating License for Nuclear Project No. 2.
The Supply System's request involved the following changes:
1)
Modifications to Table 3.6.3-1, Primary Containment Isolation Valves; and 2)
Changing Valve FPC-V-109 from Manual to Automatic.
The Council was notified of the proposed amendment request by the Supply System in accordance with the notification requirements of 10 CFR 50.91.
We appreciate the opportunity to review this license amendment.
