AMENDMENTTO FACILITYOPERATING LICENSE NPF 21~ WPPSS NUCLEAR PROJECT NO 2 During their regular meeting of January 26, 1987, the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council reviewed and adopted a motion indicating that the Council has no comments on the Washington Public Power Supply System's request by letter dated January 17, 1986, to amend the Operating License for Nuclear Project No. 2.

The Supply System's request involved a change to Section 0.6.0.1 (Suppression Chamber-Drywell Vacuum Breakers) of the WNP-2 Technical Specifications. The proposed amendment will change the surveillance frequency for operability demonstration of the vacuum breaker pairs and position indicators from 31 to 92 days.

The Council was notified of the proposed amendment request by the Supply System in accordance with the notification requirements of 10 CFR 50.91.
