. j Our response to the above' referenced inspectior.' deport, Serial No. 359, was submitted on July 16,/ 1932. The following is submitted as supplementary information to correct steps which have been taiten.

Administrative Procedure 56, "Special Processes Involving Ignition Sources,"

has been amended to classify three types of area:s for the purpose of controlling ignition sources. They are* Safety Related Areas, Contaminated Storage Areas, and Non-Safety . Related Areas. Both Safety Related Areas and Contaminated Storage Areas require written authorizction from the station Fire Marshall before transient fire loads may -be located in these areas. Ignition sources must be reaoved from Safety Rulated Areas at the end of ea."ch workday.

Before an approved transient fire load may be increased in a Contaminated Storage Area, written authorization must be obtained from the static.. Fire -

Fire hazards in Non-Safety Related Areas are controlled tdrough monthly inspections and prescribed ,special controls and conditions viere transient fire loads present a significant hazard. If special controls and conditions are requirrd,, they are documented on a Transient Fire Loading Report.
