March 14,1991 letter from R.M. Pulsifer to T. J. Kovach Dear Dr. Murley The referenced letter transmitted to Cornmonwealth Edison Company (CECO) a tuaplemental SER accepting CECO's action on the Station Blackout Rule for the 3yron and Braidwood Stations. This acceptance was contingent upon CECO completing revisions to its Emergency Operating Procedures and training piograms.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the required revisions have been completed for both the Bymn and Braidwood Stations.
