In view of NRC's response to this request, no further action is being taken on appeal letter dated PART ll.A-INFORMATION WITHHELD FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE Certain information in the requested records is being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the FOIA esemptions described in and for the reasons stated in Part II. sec-txws B, C, and D. Comments At Mr. Palast's suggestion, on August 13, 1987, Linda Robinson, Curtis Cowgill and Peter Habighorst of NRC telephoned Lenora Stewart of Union Associates to seek clarification on the references to inspections in categories 1, 5, 6, and 7 of F01A-87-479. At that time, Ms. Stewart stated that in submitting these 2 requests she was actually seeking only one record which she then described to the staff. Based on her description, the staff identified the record which all believe Ms. Stewart is interested in. At that time, Ms. Stewart narrowed the scope of these requests to the record which is identified on enclosed Appendix A. As greed, NRC is closing the files on these requests.
