ffemo to Braidwood SRIs dtd 3/27/84 from W. L. Forney The above referenced memorandum provided assignment of responsibilities at the Braidwood site; however, we have commenced a new fiscal year which requires modification of these responsibilities.

Leonard will continue to be the lead SRI with responsibility to manage office functions and the remainder of the time is to be devoted to inspection of MC 2513 and 2514 activities only. Bob has the sole respon-sibility for i'nspection of MC 2512 octivities, and should devote the majority of time to MC 2512 procedures assigned to. Projects for inspection of ongoing activities and a lesser effort on inspection of past activities.

Each of you are responsible for developing and maintaining an inspection plan, for all divisions, in accordance with the applicable manual chapter, and Regional Procedure 1204. This inspection plan shall be maintained current, at all times,and a copy forwarded to me the last week of each quarter.
