Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No.'50-219 Monthly Operating Report In accordance with the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating' Station Operating License No. DPR-16, Appendix A, Section 6.9.1.C, enclosed are two (2) copies of the Monthly operating Data (gray book information) for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
In addition to our operating information for the month of December, Attachment I provides you with corrected copies of our operating history for 1990. It was discovered late in 1990 that we had been reporting the " Unit Shutd,wns and Power Reductions" page of the Monthly Operating Report differently than suggested in Reg. Guide 1.16 in that reductions in power of less than 20% in average' daily power level for the preceding 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> were i being reported and counted as a forced or scheduled shutdown. .Therefore, we have gone back to the beginning of 1990, recalculated the power reductions and reported the appropriate onec in accordance with Reg. Guide.l.16.'
Please note that this recalculation resulted in renumbering the unit shutdowns and power reductions for'1990.
