In accordance with your application dated May 16, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to authorize the dry conversion of uranium hexafluoride to uranium oxide. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of May 16, 1988.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
