Dear Dr. Reda:

This is in response to your correspondence dated September 3,1997, by which your facility submitted changes to Chapters 1.0,: 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, and 7.0 and to Appendix C of your Radiolr:gical Contingency and Emergency Plan (RC&EP). We have completed our review of the submitted changes.and have determined that'these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the RC&EP, and thus were properly submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(1),

Accordingly, the_ revisions to your RC&EP are acceptable, and Safety
