INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1113/98-203

.B

Dear Mr. Kipp:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission conducted a routine, unannounced inspection of your facility's criticality safety program from May 4 - 8,1998. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection. At the conclu'sion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with members of your staff.

Within the scope of the inspection, a minor violation was identified concerning the posting of an unapproved nuclear safety document in your plant. Because the violation was isolated, has low safety significance, and because immediate and effective corrective actions were taken by your staff, the violation will not be cited.

In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact me at (301) 415-7156.
