ACCESS THROUGH ACCESS POINTS OTHER THAN CHANGE ROOMS, APPLICATION DATED DECEMBER 5,1997 (TAC NO. L31040)
Dear Mr. Vaughn:
In accordance with your application dated December 5,1997, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1097 is hereby amended to authmize General Electric Company (GE) to permit personnel movement between controlled areas and non-controlled areas through access points other than change rooms. Accordingly, Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date December 5,1997. All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1097 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination. If you have any questions, please contact Susan Chotoo (301-4i 8102) of my staff.
