NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT N0. 70-1113/88-13)
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by J. W. Bates and others on September 26-30, 1988.
The inspection included a l
review of activities authorized for your Wilmington facility.
At the con-L clusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with these members of
(
your staff identified in the enclosed inspection report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and t opresentative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progress.
The inspe"tion findings indicate that certain activities appearea to violate NRC re.quitanents.
Since adequate corrective action was taken during the inspection and compliance with NRC requirements has been achieved, no response to the encloced Notice of Violation is necessary.
