REVISION 5, PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN

Dear Mr. Kline:

This refers to your letter of August 5,1999, which transmitted Revision 5 to the Physical Security Plan.

Revision 5 changed the configuration of the Controlled Access Area fence line and provided a current description of the accountability tracking system. Our review of the revision has found it to be acceptable for inclusion into the Plan.

It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19.
