This letter confirms the discussions between Mr. Charles Vaughan of your staff and Mr. Alphonsa Gooden of my staff on October 14, 1997, concerning a management meeting we requested, which has been scheduled for October 28, 1997, at 1:00 p.m. at the GE-NEP site in Wilmington, NC, The aurpose of this meeting is to discuss the results of the Licensee Performance Review for your GE NEP facility.
