$UiUECT: CONCERN $ YOU RAISED TO THE NRC REGARDING ACTIVITIES AT HILLSTONE UNIT 2 This refers to your memorandums received by our of fice on November 5,1990, in which you expressed concerns related to procedural compliance and harassment of you by your employer.

We have initiated actions to examine your concern as characterized above and will inform you oi our findings.

The NRC was established to regulate safety issues in the nuclear industry.

Regarding your claim of harassment, the Department of Labor (DOL) has the authority to investigate this issue. In order to protect your rights, you must file a written complaint with 00L within 30 days of the occurence of the discrimination. Any such complaint can be filed with your local DOL office or:
