This refers to your letter dated September 25, 1989. On April 20, 1989 I presented William Raymond a proposed settlement agreement nffered to me by the utility. At that time I made a complaint that the agreement violated my rights under NRC regulations. Specifically, Paragraph (8) which put a stipulati on me going to the NRC and Para <
graph (6) which states: ,
agrees that he will never seek employment with CL6P or Barney or their related companies or organiza*
tions successors or assigns." 29 CFR Part 24.2 (B) states: "Any person is deemed to have violated the particular federal law, and these regula-tions if such person intimidates, threatens, restrains, coerces, black-lists, discharges, against any employee, etc."
What is the e to clarify about intimidation and blacklisting?
Your letter did not address my second complaint! Since April many more agreements have surfaced, one in particular, your comwission has given its seal of approval to (Comanche Peak);these agreements are against all that the Energy Reorganization Act stands for,.
I am justified in saying, you and the Commission have fallen far short in its ef f ectiveness to enforce the regulations, and have put ,

What should be clarified is, just what regulations your commission is trying to enforce.
