Allegation concerning Northeast Utilities Service Company l

The NRC Region I office reviewed the concern you brought to our attention on November 16, 1990, alleging harassment by your employer, Northeast Utilities .

Service Company. The alleged harassment is described in your letter to I Mr. E. Hroczka (attached). l As previously discussed with you in your meeting with W. Raymond, Hillstone Senior Resident inspector, the NRC was established to regulate safety issues in the nuclear industry and the Department of Labor (DOL) has the authority to investigate and determine if harassment has occurred. As discussed with Mr. Raymond, in order to protect your rights, you must file a written complaint with DOL within 30 days of the occurrence of harassment. Any such complaint can be filed with your local DOL office or:
