Our subcontractor, EG8G Idaho, Inc., conducted the technical review.

Based on the review, the enclosed Safety Evaluation ras been prepared, We conclude that the Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3 of Generic Lotter 83-28 are acceptable as discussed in the evaluation. No response is required to this
