The Referencedletter submitted Revision 10 of the Wolf Creek FSAR Addendum to the NRC. Included in the Revision 10 material were changes to the Wolf Creek Operating Quality Assurance Program (OQAP) described in FSAR Section 17.2.
10CFR50.55 was amended in 48 F.R. 1026 to require each construction permit holder to submit by June 10, 1983, the current description of the Quality Assurance Program being implemented unless there were no changes to the program previously accepted by the NRC. The Referenced letter provided changed pages to the Wolf Creek OQAP. However, due to the bulk of other material provided in that Revision, KG&E decided that to facilitate handling of the OQAP changes, those changes would be retransmitted by this letter.
Table 17.2-1 was revised in Revision 10 and has been further revised.
The currently implemented program as described in the Table is also attached. T1e updated Table 17.2-1 will be formally incorporated into the Wolf Creak FSAR in Revision 11.
The attached material describes for the above changes to the Wolf Creek OQAP in FF,AR in Section 3 7.2 - (1) the reason for the change and (2) the bacis for concluding that the change does not reduce the KG&E com-mitments in the OQAP previously accepted by the NRC.
