River Bend Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.55(f) as amended by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's final ruling published.in the Federal Register on January 10, 1983 (48 FR 1026) concerning the reporting of changes to licensees quality assurance program, Gulf' States Utilitier submits the enclosed copy of the River Bend Station Construction Quality Assurance Program. The River Bend Station Construction QA Program de,,cribes the quality assurance program in effect on l March 11, 1983 and identifies changes to the quality l assurance program since the issuance of the Construction Permit. Gulf States Utilities believes these changes to be i consistent with good QA practices.
