- LICENSEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY, DOCKET NUMBER 70-1151

Dear Mr. Annacone:

This letter refers to our virtual Skype meeting on March 31, 2020, during which we discussed the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) evaluation of your performance in the four major areas of safety operations, radiological controls, facility support, and safeguards (details not discussed with the public) during calendar year 2019. The meeting was beneficial and provided the NRC the opportunity to discuss your facilitys performance during the last assessment period. The meeting also afforded you the opportunity to provide feedback to the NRC regarding your perception of the NRC performance review.

The meeting also afforded the members of the public the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to the NRC regarding our inspection program for the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF). The list of meeting attendees is enclosed. The meeting slide presentations are available under accession numbers ML20085G909 (for NRCs slides) and ML20085G745 (for Westinghouses slides) in ADAMS.

The NRC acknowledges that the use of a virtual meeting may not have afforded some members of the public to participate in the meeting. Therefore, the NRC will conduct an additional in-person meeting in the future to cover these same topics once the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
