WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY LLCS SUBMITTAL OF SLIDE PACKAGES FOR THE MAY 16, 2024, PRE-APPLICATION MEETING WITH NRC STAFF ON THE PROPOSED LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING LOW ENRICHED URANIUM PLUS EXPANSION AT THE COLUMBIA FUEL FABRICATION FACILITY

In advance of the May 16, 2024 Pre-application meeting to discuss with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, or Commission) staff plans for a proposed license amendment request concerning a Low Enriched Uranium Plus (LEU+) expansion at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF),
Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) hereby submits as enclosures to this letter a non-proprietary slide presentation packet for the open (public) portion of the meeting and a proprietary slide presentation packet for the closed (non-public) portion of the meeting.
This submittal contains proprietary information of Westinghouse. In conformance with the requirements of 10 CFR Section 2.390, as amended, of the Commissions regulations, Westinghouse is enclosing with this submittal an Affidavit. The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information identified as proprietary may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission.
