Dear Annette Pope:
This letter refers to our virtual meeting on April 10, 2024, during which we discussed the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) evaluation of your performance in the four major areas of safety operations, radiological controls, facility support, and safeguards (details not discussed with the public) during calendar years 2022-2023. The meeting was beneficial and provided the NRC the opportunity to discuss your facilitys performance during the last assessment period. The meeting also afforded you the opportunity to provide feedback to the NRC regarding your perception of the NRC performance review.
The meeting also afforded members of the public the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to the NRC regarding our inspection program for the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility. The list of meeting attendees is enclosed. The meeting slide presentation is available from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS) under accession number ML24075A079.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from ADAMS.
