Dear Mr. Downs:
to this letter contains Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) slides to be presented during the closed portion of the meeting on Nuclear Energy Institute and Industry Comments on Building as Items Relied on for Safety (IROFS) with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Commission) Staff on June 27, 2024 (ML24166A217). This information is being provided to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff in advance of the meeting. Please note that these slides contain Westinghouse proprietary information pertinent to the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF), and it is requested that Enclosure 2 be withheld from public disclosure.
This submittal contains proprietary information of Westinghouse. In conformance with the requirements of 10 CFR Section 2.390, as amended, of the Commissions regulations, Westinghouse is enclosing with this submittal an Affidavit as Enclosure 1. The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information identified as proprietary may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission.
