- LICENSEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY, DOCKET NUMBER 70-1151
Dear Mr. Annacone:
This letter refers to our meeting at the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Region II office in Atlanta, GA on February 6, 2018, during which we discussed the status of the Confirmatory Order (CO) and Area Needing Improvement (ANI) issued to Westinghouse Electric Company Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF). The meeting was beneficial and provided the NRC the opportunity to discuss your facilitys performance during the previous calendar year.
The meeting also afforded the members of the public the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to the NRC regarding our inspection program for CFFF. The list of meeting attendees is enclosed. The meeting slide presentations are available under accession numbers ML18038A717 (for NRCs slides) and ML18038A703 (for Westinghouses slides) in ADAMS.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
