RADIOLOGICAL CONTROLS One SL IV violation was issued in inspection report 70-1151/2019-004 for licensees failure to perform adequate surveys on outgoing shipments of 30B cylinders (now closed)

Plant Events No program adjustment warranted or ANI identified The NRC identified three SL IV violations They were not all in the same performance area The causes were not similar The NRC grouped the events across performance areas No cross-cutting issues No need for additional focus by the licensee or NRC at this time The NRC followed up on nine events (six reportable)

Previous Area Needing Improvement (ANI) https://www.nrc.gov/about-nrc/contactus.html

• In 2017, an ANI was identified in Safety Operations, due to a safety significant issue involving the S-1030 scrubber.

• The identified supplemental inspection activities associated with the ANI were completed in 2018, and earlier this year the inspection activities associated with the Confirmatory Order (CO) were also completed.

The ANI is closed.

The commitments detailed in the CO have been implemented.
