Enclosed is an addendum to the Radioactive Effluent Report for January through June, 1990, for Quad Citics Nuclear Power Station.
Attached please find revision nine dated May 1990 to Quad Citics Station's Process Control Program for processing of radioactive wet waste. The revision to the process control program was inadvertently ommitted from the report dated August .1990.
A copy of this report will be furnished to the NRC Resident inspector.
