Gentlemen:

Pursuant to our January 31, 1980 letter, Arkansas Power 6 Light Company hereby provides the Icakage test data for Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1.

The methods used for determining system leakages are those described in our January 18, 1980 letter. The results were as follows:

System Initial Leakage Rate Final Leakage Rate Makeup & Purification 9.176 cc/ min. 5.89 cc/ min.

Liquid Radwaste 0.13 cc/ min. 0.13 cc/ min.

Containment Spray 0.04 cc/ min. 0.04 cc/ min.

Decay Heat Removal 0.08 cc/ min. 0.08 cc/ min.

Waste Gas Unmeasurably high* 7.59 cfm**

  • Due to blown rupture disc in series with a leaking relief valve.
    • Isolated until a leaking water trap could be repaired.
