Enclosed are applications for renewal of operating license (Form 398) for each of the individuals listed below:

NAME TYPE OF LICENSE Michael Wayne Little Unit 1 SRO Frederick Uptagrafft, Jr.

Unit 1 SRO During the term of their license, these individuals have performed their duties in a safe and competent manner and have satisfactorily completed the required requalification.

We require the renewal oflicenses to meet the commitment in the FSAR and NUREG-0737 for normal shift requirements, retraining, vacation relief, illness and unexpected turnover.

Mr. Little is a Shift Supervisor on an operating shift. Mr. UptagrafR is a Simulator 4

Training Instructor for Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1.

Also enclosed please find Medical Certification (Form 396) for each of the individuals.
