submitted certificate of insurance issued by American Nuclear Insurers (ANIArkans and Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (MAELU) for nuclear onsite property damage insurance coverage for 1990, as required by 10CFR50.54(w).

ANI/MAELU has since issued a revision to this certificate. This revision changed policy number X89166 to X90143R. Attached is the revised certificate of insurance.
