Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-313/50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Change of Responsibility for the ANO Emergency Plan Gentlemen:
Arkansas Power & Light (AP&L) and Entergy Operations, Inc. have entered into an Operating Agreement effective June 6, 1990, pursuant to which Entergy Operations has assumed responsibility for the operation of Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) as the agent for AP&L.
AP&L will retain ownership af ANO.
The changes in responsibility were evaluated with respect to the Emergency Plan in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(q).
Emergency Planning has determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the plan continues to meet the standards of 10CFR50.47(b) and the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix E.
These changes in responsibility will be reflected in the next scheduled revision to the Emergency Plan.
