Although we have several hundred manually operated Series 28 Calibrators in service, only eight of these units (see attached list of users) are equipped with the PT-1 Time Option which incorporates the spring loaded source ON latch as covered in the Service Advisory. Other units with the PT-1 Time Option, made prior to this design change, did not incorporate the swinging latch design and were not covered by the Service Advisory.
