River Bend Se on Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 0-458, _0-459 Gulf States Utilities Company is submitting the attached infomation in response to your letter dated July 2,1980, con-cerning estimates for evacuation in the area surrounding the River Bend Station. We have obtained information for the 10-m11e Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) which involved investigation in the five-Parish area around the River Bend Station. The enclosed attachment describes the methods used to make the estimates and the assumptions taken for establishing the evacuation times.
