OF PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS PERFORMANCE OF WOLF CREEK NUCLEAR OPERATING CORPORATION

Dear Mr. Sunseri:

On June 26, 2012, members of the NRC staff met with members of the public at an open house meeting in Burlington, KS. NRC personnel, including the resident inspectors, discussed the results of the yearly performance assessment of Wolf Creek Generating Station and answered questions. The list of attendees is included as Enclosure 1.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
