7 790205 F 2.03 A 3 None CB MOTORX Current Transformer shorting switch was manually closed, which cpen circuited the secondary of the current transformer. This caused a voltage surge, apparently tripping the "C" Reactor Coolant Pump on undervoltage.

This tripped the reactor. The Current Transformer shorting knife switches were caution tagged open.
