Dear Dr. Morris:

In accordance with your request we have performed a general review of the PSAR, Volumes 1, 2, and 3 for the Davis-Besse Plant. A partial list of comments was submitted with our letter of October 28. Three copies of a list of questions and comments resulting from our review of the seismological and geological features of the site are enclosed herewith.

It is possible that additional questions will be generated after receipt of the information requested in the attached list.
