We have _ recently received formal documentation of the Westinghouse evaluation of this concern for Surry Unit 2. The Surry Unit 2 evaluation; using techniques discussed with members of the NRC staff on December 20, 1979, indicates that a total peaking factor, Fq, penalty of 0.007 remains after application of the approved.benefits.
