-Baxley, Georgia 31513 Cause Description and Corrective. Actions (continued) of baseline data for the welds which were missed during preservice inspection.

Section IWC-2100 of the ASME Section XI Code permits this substitution since construction surface examinations (visual inspection and penetrant tests) con-form to ASME Section Code requirements, and the documentation packages are a part of the plant's pentanent records.

The preservice final report will reflect the data substitution.
