CHANGES TO CALLAWAY NUCLEAR PLANT INSERVICE TESTING PROGRAM ITEM 1: CHANGE: Delete Relief Request #P01 BASIS FOR CHANGE: Relief Request no longer applies since we are committed to the 1980 Edition through Winter 1981 Addenda of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code whicn only requires testing on a quarterly frequency (IWP-3400). ITEM 2: CHANGE: Add Relief Valve Test (RVT) for valve EN-V-0057 Page 31 BASIS FOR CHANGE: Test.was unintentionally omitted from program. ITEM 3: CHANGE: Delete Stroke Test (BT) and Position Indication Test (PIT) for valves AL-HV-0005,. AL-HV-0007, Al-HV-0009 and Al-HV-0011.
