Hatch Docket No.: 50-366 Narrative Report for LER 50-366/1982-041 On May 16, 1982, while Unit Two was in cold shutdown, a pipe clamp was found removed from the "B" Core Spray Loop Test Line to the Torus by a Plant Equipment Operator. The subject clamp holds pipe restraint 2E21-CS-R106 in place. Plant operation was not affected. There were no effects upon public health and safety due to this non-repetitive event.

The cause of this event was attributed'to personnel error since no Maintenance Request (MR) was generated to remove the clamp initially.

The clamp was reinstalled and inspected per MR-2-82-2861 by May 18, 1982. ,
