O'Reilly Reportable Occurrence 50-321/1982-46 was mailed to the NRC office on July 6, 1982.

It was later discovered that the correct Reportable Occurrence number was 50-321/1982-35.

The deviation report was revised to correct the error.

Tha writer of the LER, however, submitted the response before he received the redistributed copy so that the LER was submitted with the incorrect number 50-321/1982-46.

This same LER is being resubmitted as 50-321/1982-35 to correct the error.
