O'Reilly Reportable Occurrence 50-321/1982-46 was mailed to the NRC office on July 6, 1982. It was later discovered that the correct Reportable Occurrence number was 50-321/1982-35.
The deviation report was revised to correct the error. Tha writer of the LER, however, submitted the response before
. he received the redistributed copy so that the LER was submitted with the incorrect number 50-321/1982-46. This same LER is being resubmitted as 50-321/1982-35 to correct the error.
