As per the telephone conversation between Mr. Larry L. Edmonds, and Mr. Ted Symanski on April 16, 1982, the Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits written request to change the status of license application for Mr. Robert A. Smith from SRO license to RO license. Mr. Smith's application for Senior Reactor Operator was forwarded by the Virginia Electric and Power Company letter dated March 4, 1982 Serial No. 129. Our training staff has since determined that Mr. Smith need only be examined for a Reactor Operator license at this time. cc: Mr. James P. O'Reilly Regional Administrator Region II Very,~ru_

As per the telephone conversation between Mr. Larry L. Edmonds, and Mr. Ted Symanski on April 16, 1982, the Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits written request to change the status of license application for Mr.
