Commission Memorandum and Order of May 23, 1980," which references IE Bulletin 79-01B, Supplement No. 2, Questions 2 and 3 (September 30, 1980).
The projected full power license date for River Bend Station Unit 1 places it in the second group as defined in your publication.
It is anticipated that the information requested will be submitted to the U.S. NRC during the operating license application review stage. Therefore, it is felt that the required information will be submitted at least four months in advance of the expected date of issuance of a full-power license.
