Counsel for Applicants has recently received from the Docketing and Service Branch of the Office of the Secretary, NRC, a copy of a January 14, 1981 letter from Ms. Theresa M. Wolken to the Commissioners expressing, inter alia, her " opposition to the licensing of the Wolfcreek (sic] Nuclear Power Plant."
