Enclosed are three signed originals and twenty-five copies of the Application for Amendment of Construction Permit No. CPPR-147. The Amendment would include Kansas Electric Power Coopera-tive, Inc. as a co-owner of the Wolf Creek facility and as a co-holder of the Construction Permit.
Also enclosed is a check in the anount of $4,000 representing the amendment fee for a Class III amen ment. T'.le amendment is believeu to come within the Class III definition in that it involves only a single issae and does not involve a significant hazards con-sideration.
